Multidisciplinary Studies Degrees
See the requirements for the Multidisciplinary Studies, BA degree or the Multidisciplinary Studies, BS degree in the catalog.
There are currently two concentrations in the Multidisciplinary BA, in International Studies and Religious Studies, and three areas of study (Politics, Philosophy, and Economics; Russian Studies; and Transformative Texts and Ideas).
You can use the Multidisciplinary Studies degree options to design your own course of study if you have clear interests and objectives that overlap schools, departments, degrees, or concentrations and cannot reasonably be met through existing majors, minors, and electives.
Want more information? Contact Lisa Ellison, the Director of Interdisciplinary Programs, at ellisonl15@ecu.edu.
